Entertainment Center
As an added entertainment to our visitors we are providing a select number of the author's private collection of the old time radio shows. In the early days of television, before 24 hours of exposure to less than quality programming, millions of families sat around the upright radio engrossed in the latest episodes of Amos and Andy, Fibber McGee and Molly, The Shadow, Boston Blackie, Lum and Abner, Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Gunsmoke, Inner Sanctum Mysteries, The Great Gildersleeve, and hundreds of more exciting, funny, and thrilling programs. The Friday night fights were a must in our house. Just a few of the thousands of broadcasts are presented here for your entertainment.
Also made available for you listening pleasure are some of the author's private collection of songs popular during the 50's and 60's. Songs played over and over on the local teen's hangout jukeboxes.
Also included is a selection of classical symphonies and various movements taken from some of the greatest music ever written.
I hope you enjoy listening to them.
